Registration Instructions


Registration is a three step process:

  • Step 1: Create an account. (See below for step-by-step instructions.) The account will belong to a parent. There will be space to input information on both parents. Please keep in mind that if you want both parents included on various distribution lists, we must have contact information on both. If you would like to receive TEXT updates from the club and your team manager, please be sure to include your cell phone number (and a secondary, if you want it). 

  • Step 2: Add participants. This step actually occurs at the conclusion of Step 1. Participants are your kids; you'll register for programs in step three. 

  • Step 3: Register your participants for the program you want. (See below for step-by-step instructions.) 

 
How do I create a new account? 

  • Go to theceltics.org 

  • Click on the Login/Register button that is located in the upper right corner of the screen.  

  • Fill in all required fields and enter a username and password. The Primary Contact information is where most of the correspondence from the club will be, so it should be the parent/guardian's information. Your username must be entirely unique, so keep trying different letter/number combinations if your first one is not allowed. 

  • You will receive an email notification with your username and password. 

  • Remember that you will only need to use this one account for any future registrations or for the registrations of more than one child. 

   
I already have an account. How do I commit for the upcoming season? 

  • On May 1, please go to theceltics.org 

  • Click on the Login button that is located in the upper right corner of the screen.  

  • Enter your username and password and click on Login. 

  • Once you have logged into your account, click on the Register Now button under your child's name. 

  • This will show all available programs for each participant in your account. Place a check mark in the Playing Year program for next year and click next to proceed with registration.  

  • Fill in all required fields and select your desired method of payment once you reach the checkout screen.  

  • If you are paying by credit card, make sure that all information on the checkout screen matches your card’s billing information.  

  • Click on Submit to process the registration.  
  • You will receive an order confirmation email once the registration has been submitted. 

  • Remember that you will only need to use this one account for any future registrations or for the registrations of more than one child.
